Firm History
Pollack and Zuckerman has been representing clients in their person legal matters since 1978. Terry Zuckerman is an experienced litigator whose main areas of practice are Real Estate Law, Personal Injury Law, Wills & Estate Administration, Family Law, Municipal Court Law, Guardianships and Estate Litigation.
Terry Zuckerman was admitted to practice in 2000. He graduated from Livingston High School in 1986. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Politics and History from Brandeis University. He received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University Law School in 2000.
Terry is licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and United States District Court. He is on the Union County Surrogate Office’s panel of court appointed attorneys in Guardianship matters. He is a member of the Union County Bar Association. He is three-time Past President of the Kenilworth Rotary Club. He enjoys spending time with his family in Cape May, boating and playing chess.
