
Terry R. Zuckerman became a partner at Pollack & Zuckerman in 1978 specializing in residential and commercial transactions. Mr. Zuckerman also handles will drafting, estate planning, business purchases and sales as well as partnership agreements. After graduating from Columbia High School, Mr. Zuckerman earned a chemical engineering degree from Newark College of Engineering (now N.J.I.T.). After graduation, he was employed as an engineer at Picattiny Arsenal. In 1974, Mr. Zuckerman was awarded his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. From 1982-1984, Mr. Zuckerman served as the Borough Attorney of Kenilworth, New Jersey.
Terry Zuckerman joined Pollack & Zuckerman in 2003. He has practices in personal injury, premise liability defense, automotive liability defense, will contests, partnership disputes and other litigation matters. Terry also represents clients in municipal court cases including DWI defense, residential closings, commercial transactions, wills, divorce/family law matters and commercial collections. Terry graduated from Livingston High School in 1986. After high school, Terry earned a degree in Politics and History from Brandeis University. In 2000, Terry was awarded his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. Terry is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of New Jersey and the United States Southern District of New York. Terry is a member of the New Jersey Defense Association, Union County Bar Association and is Past President of the Kenilworth Rotary Club.
